Retaining & Recruiting Quality Educators
As a new educator, I understand the current barriers to entry for the profession as well as the roadblocks to providing a quality education to our children.
Some of the policy changes I am championing go beyond raising pay and benefits, but focusing on showing gratitude to our educators and investing in new pathways to recruit new teachers with the right experience.
